The lamination of each guide is guaranteed to protect your product from everyday wear and tear, including spills and stains. If for any reason you find that your Permacharts guide is defective, please contact us to find out how to obtain a FREE replacement. How do I make a return? Product returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization. An authorization can be obtained by contacting Permacharts Customer Service.

Once you have items in your shopping cart and you are done shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are a registered user, sign in to proceed with checkout. Once you are past the sign in page, you will provide your billing information, whether you want to pay with a credit card or check, and your shipping information. You will then be presented with a preview of your order. If everything looks correct, click the "Place Your Order" button and print the receipt that appears. A copy of the receipt is emailed to you as well.
For security purposes, checkout will ask you to sign in when making a purchase. If you leave checkout at any time, you will be asked to sign in again when you return.
Checkout has higher than average security since it is handling financial information. Part of the extra security requires you to sign in whenever you first arrive at checkout, even if you are already signed in. If you leave checkout then come back, you are required to sign in again.
Yes. All your information during checkout is secured with SSL using strong 128 bit, 56 bit or 40 bit encryption depending upon your browsers capability. SSL encrypts all the information exchanged between you and Permacharts.com while in transit, which means that personal information and credit card details cannot be viewed by outside parties.
Postal codes don't apply to my country. What do I enter in the postal code field?
If a postal code does not apply to your country, please leave the postal code field blank.
When using a credit card, your phone number is required for credit card validation reasons. If there are problems with your credit card, you may receive a call regarding any issues. Your phone number is also another way the seller can contact you, if needed, concerning your order.
If you are previewing your order, you can change your billing and shipping information by clicking the "Change" button located near the top of the preview page. If your order has already been completed, you can not change your billing and shipping information.
Your credit card is charged only when your order has been accepted or when you checkout.
Typically we send packages out Monday-Friday. Most packages are sent USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 4-5 business days to arrive.

This prevents other people from accessing your account from your computer if you have stepped away for awhile. The term "inactive" means that you haven't visited a Permacharts.com page in the last 30 minutes.
